Order and see a mini-excavator

How to order a mini-excavator from Bull Equipment?

The customer can call the switchboard or fill out a form on the website to be contacted again. Bull Equipment asks for the need, location, status (individual or professional), and the work to be done.

How is the quote established?

A personalized quote is created based on the needs and the desired tonnage.

Can we see or try a mini-excavator before purchase?

Yes, the customer can go to the Montélimar depot or be put in touch with another nearby user for a trial and feedback.

Is a deposit required to reserve a mini-excavator?

By default, no deposit is requested. Depending on the order, a deposit of €500 may be required. The balance is to be paid before shipping or pickup on site.

Spare parts and accessories

How to order parts or accessories?

Customers contact Anthony by phone or email. The request is then forwarded to the workshop.

Are the parts available immediately?

Most parts are available directly in the garage. Otherwise, Bull Equipment can provide references for self-supply sites.

What are the timelines for receiving spare parts?


  • Common parts: order at the beginning of the week → receive at the end of the week

  • Out-of-stock parts: via partner sites → fast delivery

  • Rare/imported parts: up to 3 weeks (e.g. from China)
Order tracking, modification, and cancellation

When is the order validated?

As soon as the quote is sent and confirmed by email, the order is created in the Bull Équipement software.

Can an order be modified?

Yes, the model or the tonnage can be modified at any time by phone or email.

Can an order be canceled?

Yes, at no cost if no deposit has been requested. If a deposit of €500 has been paid, the cancellation conditions are specified on the order form.

Payment and financing

When and how to pay for the mini-excavator?


  • On-site pickup: payment in front of the machine with proof of transfer

  • Delivery: full payment before shipping

    Methods: bank transfer (standard or instant), cash within legal limits

Can we check or try the machine before payment?

Yes, via video conference or by a relative on-site.

What types of financing are available?

Partnership with Sofinco.


  • Individual: bank account details, identity card, last 3 pay slips, proof of residence

  • Professional: bank account details, identity card, company balance sheet, SIRE number, Kbis, proof of residence

What is the duration of the financing?

Minimum 6 months, maximum 10 years.

Cancellation possible before final validation, early repayment to be confirmed with Sofinco.

Delivery, warranty, and customer service

What are the delivery times and conditions?


  • In stock: 1 to 3 weeks in France

  • Not available immediately: 1 to 2 months

    The carrier will unload, the machine is ready for use with fuel included. The customer must facilitate access if necessary.

What are the delivery costs?

Vary according to the machine and the delivery area. Rates available on the website or in the catalog.

What is the warranty?


  • Standard warranty: 2 years on all parts

  • Possible extension to 3 years for €950 excluding tax

    The customer contacts the standard service or Anthony for any after-sales service requests.

What happens after the warranty expires?

Parts are no longer covered, but Bull Équipement advises and can assist with the purchase or shipment of spare parts.
